My Practice
My experience enables me to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. I treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples. Emerging from a background in Psychological research, I endeavor to utilize cutting edge treatments to address depression, anxiety and emotional distress. Modalities that I practice include brainspotting, guided meditation/imagery, art and sound therapy, Internal Family Systems, emotionally-focused therapy, and mind/body somatic communication techniques to heal trauma and to promote psychological balance and happiness.
