Jennifer Bettersworth, LMFT
 

Jennifer  Bettersworth is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with couples and individuals over the age of 18. Ms. Bettersworth offers strengths-based counseling, and solution-focused approaches to help clients solve problems. She has special training and experience in working with people who are in crisis and emotional distress and she specializes in addressing problems with depression, anxiety, and relationship problems. Ms. Bettersworth has a Master's degree in Psychology from Wake Forest University and a Master's degree in  Expressive Therapies from the University of Louisville. She has over 20 years of experience in the field of mental health and has published in  the Journal of Health Psychology and in the Journal of Research and Psychology.
